Agile Central: Watch icon is grayed out

Issue/Introduction

Intermittently between 7:30 am and 9:00 am MDT, you may notice that the watch button on a work item is grayed out.

Resolution

In order to have the button become active, users can refresh their browser tab.  We are continuing to improve this service and provide a permanent fix that addresses this final issue.
