OS issue with file and share permissions
Any supported windows environment
Running the following commands will both ensure the proper SDLibrary$ and MSLib shares exist and are set or reset accordingly as well as having proper permissions applied. When the shares are created or removed and recreated, permissions are re-applied.
sd_sscmd removeshare sdlibrary sd_sscmd removeshare msilib sd_sscmd addshare sdlibrary sd_sscmd addshare msilib
If the problem persists at this point, there is another instance where this can occur, but not as common.
Please view the sdagent log files for any instances that resemble the following:
