Endevor Search does not return all occurrences

Issue/Introduction

Searching for an email address for someone that has left the company.  When I searched using all upper case for the email address, didn't get any hits. 

The text search string appears to be case sensitive.
Is there a way to make it NOT be case sensitive?

Resolution

Correct, the Search utility text string is case sensitive
There is no way to turn off case sensitivity.
