What program should be used to format the TMC and audit files?

We are building a totally new system, and need to format a new TMC and audit.  What program/s should be used to do this?

Resolution

TMSBLDVR should be used to format the new TMC, using the ADDVOL and ADDDSNB control statements. TMSFORMT should be used to format the new Audit file with the FORMAT AUDIT=nnnnnnn control statement.  The audit file should be large enough to hold 3 days worth of records if possible.
