Resolution

During the installation and running of Spectrum, it is advised to do one of the following as anti-virus software can cause issues with the installation process and database corruption of the SpectroSERVER, Archive Manager (DDM) and SRM (reporting) databases.

1. Disable anti virus software

2. Exclude the $SPECROOT directory from scans
