Issue/Introduction

After logging onto a newly created client using the Client Copy utility, a stack trace error is thrown when opening the Process Assembly perspective:

Folder was not found. It may have been deleted or renamed.com.uc4.ecc.ae.commons.content.uc4objectview.exceptions.FolderDeletedException com.uc4.ecc.plugins.ae.perspectives.processassembly.content.home.FolderListPresenter.load(FolderListPresenter.java:186) com.uc4.ecc.plugins.ae.perspectives.processassembly.content.home.FolderListPresenter$1.load(FolderListPresenter.java:150) com.uc4.ecc.plugins.ae.perspectives.processassembly.content.home.FolderListPresenter$1.load(FolderListPresenter.java:146) com.uc4.ecc.framework.core.async.NoArgsLoaderWrapper.load(NoArgsLoaderWrapper.java:16) com.uc4.ecc.framework.core.async.NoArgsLoaderWrapper.load(NoArgsLoaderWrapper.java:7) com.uc4.ecc.framework.core.async.BaseRequestCoordinator$1$1.call(BaseRequestCoordinator.java:223) com.uc4.ecc.framework.core.pool.ContextAwareExecutorService$CallableImplementation.call(ContextAwareExecutorService.java:72) java.util.concurrent.FutureTask.run(Unknown Source) java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor.runWorker(Unknown Source) java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor$Worker.run(Unknown Source) java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

Environment

Release: Automic Workload Automation
Component: Automic Web Interface

Cause

This is a bug in the Automic Web Interface.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in the following versions:

Automic Web Interface 12.2.0 - Available
Automic Web Interface 12.1.3 - Available

The workaround is to create a new client in the target system, and then use the unload/load utilities to get the objects from the source system into the target system.
