What would cause SQA Shortage by GSSA for PCLINK Calls?

Resolution

There is a known PE'd PTF that can cause a SQA shortage.  Users of CA SYSVIEW Performance Management Option for DB2 for z/OS (IDB2) 
with PTFs RO96451 (GSS) and RO96333 applied may be impacted.  Please ensure you have RO99684 on  which corrects this.
