Why RO31689 cannot be applied for RDZ UT?

CA Common Services 14.1 - z/OS supported releases - 

Resolution

You cannot apply RO31689 because its fmid is CAS9E00 and you are running with CA Common Services 14.1. (CAIRIM CAS9E10). 

The functionality provided by RO31689 is included in CA Common Services 14.1 so there are no other fixes to apply on top of CA Common Services 14.1.
