CA API Gateway
There is an issue with starting the Gateway service with enabled Syslog Log Sinks.
This had first been seen when migrating from 9.2 to 9.3. For this issue there is a KB article https://comm.support.ca.com/kb/gateway-would-not-start/kb000094895
This is still an issue in API Gateway 9.3 CR02.

This will be resolved in 9.3 CR3.
