Issue/Introduction

There is an issue with starting the Gateway service with enabled Syslog Log Sinks.
This had first been seen when migrating from 9.2 to 9.3. For this issue there is a KB article https://comm.support.ca.com/kb/gateway-would-not-start/kb000094895.
This is still an issue in API Gateway 9.3 CR02.
 

Environment

API Gateway 9.3 , 9.3 CR1 , 9.3 CR3

Resolution

This will be resolved in 9.3 CR3.
