I get a YOU ARE NOT RUNNING JASPER ENTERPRISE error, when running the Jaspersoft Content Installation. What is the cause?

Issue/Introduction

When under Clarity you are doing the Jaspersoft Content Installation, Under the command window:
X:\CA\CAPPM\bin>admin content -jaspersoft csk -userName superuser -password superuser 
 
you get this error:
ERROR - YOU ARE NOT RUNNING JASPER ENTERPRISE! Found:[Empresa] Some APIS may not work as expected 
ERROR [main] restAdapter.JasperRestAdapter YOU ARE NOT RUNNING JASPER ENTERPRISE! Found:[Empresa] Some APIS may not work as expected Content File Name jaspersoft_csk.zip Logging into server ...

Cause

What we are seeing here is that the Admin Content can not see any Organization created on the Jaspersoft reporterservice or was incorrectly created.
 

Resolution

To resolve this problem you will have to do same steps again in order to create and verify that this is created correctly under CA PPM and Jaspersoft: 
1. You will have to verify under the Jaspersoft console that your Organization is created under the root, for this you will have to enter the tab [Manage -> Organizations]
