About ERROR: Failed to connect to the Distribution Server ssl://localhost:7243, rv = 11 : Server not connected in Windows Application log. Can we see the above error under any circumstances?

Resolution
If we start PIM service with "seosd -start" command before starting "CA ControlMinder Message Queue" service, we will see the same error in Windows Application log. So please start them according the following steps. 1: start "CA ControlMinder Message Queue" services. 2: start CA PIM service with "seosd -start".
