The job 'Load Data Warehouse' does not translate to Finnish language

Issue/Introduction

The job "Load Data Warehouse" does not translate to Finnish language, both Name and Description of the job, when the account settings are set to Finnish. 

It appears in English: 
[fi: Load Data Warehouse] 
[fi: Extracts data from the CA PPM database... ]

STEPS TO REPRODUCE 
1. Change your account settings to Finnish: 
Home => Account Settings => Language => Finnish= Save 
2. Find the job in the Finnish menus: 
KOTI => Reportit ja ajot => Ajot 

Expected Results: The Job Name and Description to appear translated to Finnish. 
Actual Results: The Job Name and Description appears in English (preceded by the word "fi:") 

Environment

CA PPM version 15.4 SP1

Cause

This is caused by the Defect DE42187.

Resolution

This Defect will be addressed in 15.5.1
