Error while creating cdm packapackage using IM console in central archive archive_config_from_probe failed:with communication error

Issue/Introduction

While dragging a cdm probe to the archive (to create a Configuration Package), we get an error:
  "Error while creating package in central archive archive_config_from_probe failed: communication error"

Environment

UIM 8.51
distsrv 5.40

Cause

Defect in distsrv 5.40

Resolution

Deploy distsrv 5.30. distsrv as 5.40 has some issues and should not be used.
1- Download version 5.30 from:

http://support.nimsoft.com/Files%5CArchive%5C00038%5Cdistsrv-5_30.zip

2- Copy it to the primary hub archive using the IM console.
3- Deploy the 5.30 version to each Hub using a Distribution Server.
4- Test creating a cdm configuration package. It should work at this point,
