Sysview for Db2 unload and load utilities returned several NOT DEFAULTABLE error messages

Issue/Introduction

After an upgrade to a new release of Sysview Performance Management Option for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2), unload/load utilities returned
several error messages in the IBM Db2 load utility related to attributes in several fields:

Resolution

The Sysview for Db2 database changes over releases, some columns might be added and other altered.
The Archive Table Migration Utility (NSIGMIGA) documented in the Sysview Performance Management Option for Db2
manual has to be run but when it fails then you have to double check manually the DDL for the Sysview for Db2 database
is the right one from hlq.SOURCE(ARCDDL) member and the ARCL* members in your hlq.SOURCE Library are in sync from
the correct release.
