Issue/Introduction

The option to Auto Upgrade Agents was activated on R14 SP1 and the agents were upgraded as expected.
But after upgrade to SP2 the agents are not upgraded as it was done on SP1.

Environment

CA Client Automation R14 SP2 upgraded from R14 SP1.
New Domain Manager R14 SP2 installations are not affected.

Resolution

When a Domain Manager R14 SP1 is upgraded to SP2, it is expected to upgrade the SP1 agents but the following configuration parameter does not get the SP1 version added to the list of versions allowed to be upgraded that still shows the following value:

Default Computer Policy > DSM > Software Delivery > Scalability Server

Agent Auto Upgrade: Agent versions allowed for upgrade = 12.8.0.690;12.8.1.110;12.9.0.338;12.9.1.70;12.9.2.14;14.0.0.199

Development will get it fixed in the new SP3 and in the meanwhile just edit the configuration policy to add the SP1 version 14.0.1000.194 to the list so it looks like:

Default Computer Policy > DSM > Software Delivery > Scalability Server
Agent Auto Upgrade: Agent versions allowed for upgrade = 12.8.0.690;12.8.1.110;12.9.0.338;12.9.1.70;12.9.2.14;14.0.0.199;14.0.1000.194
