UNEXPECTED ERROR, CODE = xxx
Reason:
CA Top Secret encountered a situation that logically should never
occur.
Action:
The code XXX can be looked up in the
Detailed Reason: Codes section of this manual.
If the code is 079, the problem is simply that the
specified ACID security record is full.

For all other codes, collect dumps and/or trace logs produced
by error. Contact CA Technical Support.

Reason:
A function cannot be performed because the Security File cannot
be indirectly accessed.
Action:
Restart TSS started task.
