Issue/Introduction

Unable to compile a RA WS SOAP connection object due to error.

Environment

3.2.2 HF1 build 8 RA solution 
11.2.4 build 667 AE 

Resolution

Use the RA WS SOAP v4 solution because the agent was completely re-written to have its own native mode. This means that it will no longer have dependencies on the Axis framework, which contained a lot of bugs.
