How to filter on "Percent done by Story Count" or "Percent done by Story Plan Estimate" on the Portfolio Items page in Agile Central

Issue/Introduction

In CA Agile Central, the fields "Percent Done by Story Count" and "Percent Done by Story Plan Estimate" are available for Portfolio Items. To see work completed you can filter on these fields. However, when entering the values that you see displayed for these fields, the filtering may look incorrect.
