Issue/Introduction

How to use a more powerful method to delete cached files using Developer tools.

In many cases cleaning the IE11 cache from the tools menu does not produce the desired result.

Environment

MS Internet Explorer 11

Resolution

Here is how to accomplish this.

1) Bring up IE11 
2) With IE in focus, hit the F12 key
3) This will start the Developer Tools in a different window
4) Click on the "Network" tab of the Developer Tools window
5) As you hover the mouse in the Toolbar (start with the green arrow, the fourth Icon should indicate "Clear Browser Cache..."
6) Click that Icon.
7) Logon to Web Viewer
