In AdminUI, 'Token Expiry Time' can NOT register just (0) minutes

Issue/Introduction

In configuration of OpenID Connect (Federation > OpenID Connect > Clients), it can NOT be set '0' value in minutes in "Access Token" and "ID Token" in "Token Expiry Time" field.
When set '0' and submit configuration, but their values are reverted '5' which is default value.

Resolution

This display issue is product bug, and it will be fixed in next CR release.
