Issue/Introduction

In testing for Disaster/Recovery readiness, what are the CA Service Catalog services that we need to startup/shutdown

Environment

Release:  r14.1 and higher
CA Service Catalog 

Resolution

The following services will need to be shut down on the Service Catalog server in order to do your DC/DR testing:

• CA Service Catalog
• CA Service Accounting

If Embedded Entitlement Manager (EEM) is on the same server, the following services will need to be considered:

• CA Directory - itechpoz
• CA iTechnology iGateway

If you are also using Process Automation on the same server, the following services will need to be considered:

• CA Process Automation Orchestrator [C:\Program Files\CA\PAM\server\c2o]
