CA Service Operations Insight (SOI)

An SNMP connector is running with high snmp trap processing. Periodically an out of memory condition is causing the trap processing to stop even though the connector host and all process are still running for this connector host,. Can this heap space be increased to prevent this out of memory problem? In CatalystContainer_wrapper log following message appears:
" Exception in thread "" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded"

Component: SOIMGR

You can increase the java heap memory for catalyst container in CA\Catalyst\CatalystConnector\jsw\conf\Catalys-Container.conf file. Look for line "" and change the value. Once you make and save the change recycle the catalyst container service for changes to take affect.
