What IBM MQ interface does a Gen .NET proxy use

Issue/Introduction

Our MQ Support Team ran an MQ trace for a Gen .NET proxy and a trace wasn't produced.
They suspect it might be due to the MQ .NET interface the .NET proxy uses. Is this interface XMS or something else?

Environment

Gen 8.6 .NET Proxies under MQ

Resolution

 A Gen .NET Proxy uses the class IBM.WMQ to communicate with MQ.
