Make Public Dashboard Action not available

Issue/Introduction

As per Vantage Documentation Chapter "Private and Public Dashboards" it should be possible to make dashboards public:

I can't find "Make Public" under the available Dashboard Actions. What am I missing?

Resolution

The "Make Public" Action is available with VANTAGE WEB CLIENT 14.0.4 and above.
Older Versions don't have this action.
