In UVC Logical Resources inaccessible within File Resource

Issue/Introduction

In order to distinguish between Files Resources that are read or write accessible, historically customer use the tokens qt1/qt2 within the File Resource. However in Univiewer (UVC) tokens are no longer visible in the Parameter section

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
