After upgrading to 14.1 CR05 with T6D9367 from 12.7, Event/rule/action is triggering twice

Resolution

This may occur when an event filter includes the status_old used with >= or <= conditions previously.

For example:

Event Rule filter was changed from
category = 4 AND category_class = 60 AND rate_item_col = 0 AND status >= 1200 AND status <= 1201

to

category = 4 AND category_class = 60 AND rate_item_col = 0 AND status >= 1200 AND status <= 1201 AND status_old <> 1200 AND status_old <> 1201
