MSCA access at IPL time

Issue/Introduction

TSSMNGR4 is one of the first task at IPL time. If I run a TSSUTIL report on the MSCA, here is what comes out: ACCESSOR JOBNAME FFM VC PROGRAM R-ACCESS A-ACCESS SRC/DRC SEC RESOURCE (TYPE & NAME) -------- -------- --TSSMNGR4 UPDATE OK+B 63 question is why does this come out?

Resolution

TSSKEY is located in TSS module TSSMNGR4, csect TSSKTPRC. 
The encryption key is located in 2 places - the security file and the 
TSS load library. The encryption key on the security file must match 
the encryption key on the TSS load library or TSS will not come up.
