Impossible to create Package from v5 nodes in UVC 6.9.01

Issue/Introduction

The Source and Destination Sections in UVC 6.9.01 are not automatically populated as it is expected when trying to create a package with objects from a v5 node.
Example:

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to Packages, New, put a name like AFR.
Then click on ADD and select a v5 node.
You will see on the next screen that both the Source and Destination fields are not correctly retrieved and that you can even select both radio buttons New and Existing for the Package name which should not be possible.
Furthermore, the Existing list of packages will not be displayed and remain empty.

Source Dollar Universe Nodes in version 5.x

Cause

Regression introduced in UVC 6.9.01

Resolution

Solution: 
Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

Workaround:
Select the Context and Destination manually typing the same name of Package as the one you are creating.
