Exceptions on tasks having a Launch Window "Day dependent" are not applied

Issue/Introduction

On a Dollar Universe node, a scheduled task with a day dependent launch window at 00h15 for all days except Sunday at 08h15 has defined an exception "Do not Run" from 04/08 at 18h to 05/08 at 06h .
Therefore, the run for the 05/08 (Saturday) should be skipped, but it's not.
If we expand the end time of the exception to a time >= 08h15 the exception is taken in account and the run of the day 06/08 is scheduled.

Exclusion Ranges in Exceptions were not correctly applied for "Day Dependent" Launch Windows until Dollar Universe 6.9.21
