Issue/Introduction
I have a device group defined to which I am attaching a credential source. Saving it works- apparently and there is no error, but when I reopen the device the credential manager just added is gone.
In the session logs I can see
PAM-CM-0539: A database error occurred. com.cloakware.cspm.server.app.ApplicationException: CODE=1052 MSG=Column 'targetserverid' in where clause is ambiguous,0, --,,0
but nothing else. I have verified there are no duplicate target servers or devices. What may be happening ?
Environment
CA PAM 3.X Cluster
Resolution
The DB on the primary node of the cluster was locked and this prevented the group from being updated properly. Restarting the cluster brought the databases in sync and this solved the problem
