Issue/Introduction

A common problem when using CA PAM is that the Access Page does not load properly.  This document will help you troubleshoot this issue with additional method.

What do I do when the Access Page does not load, or no access links appear, even I followed KB000013314?

Environment

Release: PAMCOA99500-3.0-PAM-Management Console-OVA Appliance

Resolution

If all methods mentioned in KB000013314 user still can't access access page.
User needs to check whether java version is 64 bit or 32 bit.

If java is x84_x64, User has to download and install 32 bit version and enable it.


Refer to above java version page, 1.8.0_161 is x86_64 version which access page is not working.
1.8.0_171 is installed then access page could be load without problem.
