How to troubleshoot SFTP Jobs in Dollar Universe

Issue/Introduction

Running SFTP commands from a Dollar Universe uproc can require some analysis  while it is executed therefore some extra information is required.


Running jobs using SFTP commands via CLI can be debugged using Windows OS tools that cannot be used while SFTP type Uprocs run.

Dollar Universe has tracing options available to write additional information into the universe.log and job log file that will help to determine what the appropriate solution is.

Dollar Universe 6

Resolution

From UVC console -> Admin tab -> Nodes List

Select the node then Right click on Node Settings 

Go to Logging section and modify the Main Log Level values as follows:

0,NEWFILETRANSFER,TRACEFTP,DEBUGFTP,DEBUGSSH 

Those trace levels will provide more information regarding the SFTP job errors
