Issue/Introduction

Informatica / REST / SOAP Agent is not starting.

Error message in log file for Informatica:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: .\inner_jarfiles\InformaticaConnection\UserRunSource.jar (Access is denied) 

Error message in log file for REST agent:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: ./inner_jarfiles/WebServiceRest/jersey-core.jar (Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden)

 

Environment

Release: v12.1 / v12.2 / v12.3
Component: RA.Informatica / RA.WebserviceREST / RA.WebserviceSOAP

Resolution

  • Stop the RA agent
  • Backup of the folders inside .\inner_jarfiles\, for instance: .\inner_jarfiles\InformaticaConnection\ 
  • Delete all folders inside .\inner_jarfiles\
  • Restart your agent, this should recreate the files/folders.
