Issue/Introduction
CAPC is taking almost 24 hours to complete global synchronizations which is causing issues with making any changes in CAPC. Any group modification or changed setting doesn't take effect till the sync is complete.

Resolution
Fixes for this issue were made in the CAPM 3.5 January kit. Customer applied the latest kit and sync times returned to normal.
