This error is commonly seen when the master and remote Informatica agent are not on the same version. The version details can be confirmed as followed.
Please do this for both the master server and the remote agent server the Informatica agent runs on.
1. Log into the servers as the Applications Manager OS user. 2. Run $AW_HOME/site/sosite or %AW_HOME%\site\sosite.bat (Windows) directory to set the Applications Manager environment. 3. Run the command 'sover' without the quotes.
This will provide the complete build version details.
If the version information between the master and remote agent does not match, upgrade the agent or master to a matching version.
