Service Request stuck when status changed from hold to resume

Status update from hold to resume is stuck on resume status as opposed to resuming back to the original request status
This is known bug in CP05 Service Catalog
CA Service Catalog 14.1
Kindly request for T6D9367 patch which is released post CP05.
Note: CP05 is mandatory pre-requisite for implementing this patch
PROBLEM SYMPTOM: Small Combo fix after 14.1 CP5 ============================================================================================= Small Combo fix after 14.1 CP5 Pre Requisite : 14.1 CP5 ============================================================================================= Steps to install the patch: ============================================================================================= 1. Download T6D9367.caz from the ticket. This CAZ file contains r14.1.05_6D9367.exe 2. Extract T6D9367.caz with the below command cazipxp -u T6D9367.caz 3. Execute/Run/Install r14.1.05_6D9367.exe, and follow the instructions provided by the installer wizard
In case you need to uninstall the patch, you may follow the steps below: ============================================================================================= 1. Go to Control Panel 2. Double click on Programs and Features 3. Double click on the entry "CA Service Management Test Fix - r14.1.05_6D9367 - Small Combo fix after 14.1 CP5" and follow the instructions to unintall the patch.
