Remote Uproc Job Event not replicated after relaunching an Aborted Uproc

Issue/Introduction
A Uproc UA is running on a node NA and a Uproc UB is waiting on the node NB for UA to complete.
If the Uproc UA aborts and is then relaunched and completes we would expect that the UA Job Event is sent to the node NB for the Job Event detection to be met and the Uproc UB to be launched, but this fails.
