Why does a CG Sim report show the same values for R4HA, C4HA and Sim C4HA?

Issue/Introduction

CA Dynamic Capacity Intelligence (DCI) GUI Sim CG report page shows the following table:

so the values for R4HA, C4HA and Sim C4HA are identical at the single interval level.

The graph page confirms that the values are identical at the single interval level.

 

Why are the above values always the same for each interval?

Resolution

If a Defined Capacity is set below the real R4HA, the sub capacity report uses the value for defined capacity.
DCI shows that value as "Sim C4HA", the simulated capped 4-hour average.
