UVMS Performance issues when DUAS_H License is added

Issue/Introduction

After implementing the Univiewer for Dollar Universe Central License (DUAS_H)  in UVMS, UVMS uses all available CPU Time, and the number of threads eventually reaches the limit. 
Response Times are really bad and makes UVC usage almost impossible.

Environment

UVMS 6.8.01 or superior with a Centralized DUAS License (DUAS_H)

Cause

When UVMS uses central Dollar Universe license with high number of nodes (more than 100), UVMS consumes lot of cpu and response time is abnormally high, this was due to a database request made too frequently.

Resolution

Update to the fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
