User name is displayed as 'undefined'

Clarity PPM On Premise Clarity PPM SaaS

Issue/Introduction

  • After an upgrade, the user name shows 'undefined' on the upper right.
  • My name does not appear next to the icon with my initials

Cause

The problem is the cache not being updated after the upgrade.

Environment

All Supported Releases

Resolution

  1. To resolve this, flush the Clarity cache.
  2. If that doesn't help, also try clearing the browser cache.
