Sysview for Db2 FILTER option does not work correctly in the VTAM User Interface

Issue/Introduction

The Sysview Performance Management Option for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2) FILTER option does not work correctly in the VTAM User Interface
for remote Db2 Subsystems but it works fine for local Db2 Subsystems working with VTAM User Interface.

Resolution

The Sysview for Db2 LOADLIB must be the same with exactly the same level of maintenance for all Data Collectors JCL's and
VTAM User Interface JCL's.  When one of the LOADLIB libraries has a different level of maintenance, the results are unpredictable and some
Sysview for Db2 options may not work correctly.
