Issue/Introduction

User is unable to pull report for Current Chassis-based Assets

The viewer could not process an event. Error in File Current Chassis-based Assets: Group: Error in formula Record_Selection: 'IsNull({devicemodel.destroy_time}) and ' This field name is not known. Details: errorKind [] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119] 2018-06-12 09:56:54 com.businessobjects.report.web.shared.WebReportingException: The viewer could not process an event. Environment

Ca Spectrum 10.2.x
CABI 4.1 SP3

Cause

CABI (BOXI 4.1SP3) install requires "Administrative Rights" for subsequent update actions to complete the installation which can come in Post Installation Steps.

Resolution

Please follow the steps outlined in the "Post Installation Configuration for CABI" section of the documentation.

> These post install configuration actions are required to configure CABI for Spectrum content. The error shows that this Spectrum-specific content configuration is missing. 

> Also, Set UPDATE CONTENT to deploy any changes in SRM components to CABI: 

> Spectrum WEB GUI -> Administration -> Report Manager -> Manage Business Objects Content. 

Additional Information

After CABI is upgraded it gives a message as "CABI 4.1 Post installation is completed with errors". It is Normal. 

Note : After clicking Update Content, it will take some time to get updated.
