Issue/Introduction
While CA provides a central Ideas site manage requests for features and enhancements (https://ideas.rallydev.com), some customers are managing their own site. Learn more on that: https://help.rallydev.com/set-your-rally-idea-manager-site

Resolution
In order for the users to be able to post new ideas, they must be added to the security group that's specified in your site.
The screen shots below demonstrate a set up of an Ideas site where a security group called: "Ideas" is specified. In order for your users to actually participate , you must add them to that security group after you create their usernames.
