Issue/Introduction

Running timInstall.bin and selecting Upgrade locates the existing TIM instance but then fails to find its install settings as follows:
# ./timInstall.bin

Duplicate TIMs check ... PASSED
RPM dependencies check ... PASSED

  ->1- Upgrade
    2- Fresh Install [ This will erase the existing TIM instance ]
    3- Cancel & Exit

The existing TIM instance was installed with settings:
 ** Install TIM into the default httpd server
 ** Update Firewall settings
 ** Installation path prefix = /opt

Environment

CA APM TIM 9.7,10.x

Resolution

Starting the existing TIM.
Re-run the installer which then finds the existing TIM install settings.
