Rally: alm-js/key.NoAccess is displayed while viewing user permissions

Issue/Introduction

While viewing or updating a users permissions, alm-js/key.NoAccess is displayed.

Resolution

This issue is caused by a difference between your local browser cache and new code that has been deployed on the Rally Web Servers.  In order to correct the issue; logout, clear cache (for all time), login.  Your browser will now cache the latest code from the servers and you will no longer see the characters.
