Not able to apply CA APM 10.5.2 SP2

APP PERF MANAGEMENT CA Application Performance Management Agent (APM / Wily / Introscope) CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER INTROSCOPE

Issue/Introduction

After applying the following fixes to 10.5.1.8 (Build 990101),
getting the following error:

[main] ERROR com.ca.fix.apm.hotfix.Hotfix - Error while executing the scenario
java.io.FileNotFoundException: product\webview\plugins\com.ca.apm.introscope.workstation.webapp_10.5.2.jar (The system cannot find the file specified)
at java.util.zip.ZipFile.open(Native Method)
at java.util.zip.ZipFile.<init>(Unknown Source)


The fixes applied to CA APM 10.5.1.8:

GEN500000000000466 is CA APM 10.5.2 SP2 ( Fixes from CA APM 10.5.1HF39 up to APM 10.5.2 HF16 )

APM10.5.2HF37_Cumulative.zip 

Cause


GEN500000000000466 is CA APM 10.5.2 SP2
its a Service Pack contains the fixes, NOT a full product.



 

Environment

CA APM 10.5.1.8

Resolution

Need to upgrade 10.5.1.8 to 10.5.2 GA , then Apply SP2 and then the Cumulative fix
