After upgrading to the Xtraction 2017.1 release, you might start to have the error "
You do not have access to this dashboard" displayed at the Xtraction interface when viewing, exporting and refreshing dashboards. This error not happens always, but occasionally, even if creating dashboards as administrator user. This does not appear to be isolated to any particular dashboards. It occurs on dashboards that were created both pre-update and post-update to 2017.1.
In addition, you might see similar errors appearing at the Xtraction log files (in a default installation, logs are located under "C:\Program Files (x86)\Xtraction Software\Xtraction\Data\Log" folder):
ERROR Xtraction.Service.SecurityService - Error Xtraction.Model.SecurityException: You do not have access to this dashboard at Xtraction.Service.SecurityService.CurrentUserHasAccessToDashboard(Dashboard dashboard)
ERROR Xtraction.Service.DashboardService - Error Xtraction.Model.SecurityException: You do not have access to this dashboard at Xtraction.Service.SecurityService.CurrentUserHasAccessToDashboard(Dashboard dashboard) at Xtraction.Service.DashboardService.LoadDashboard(Int32 dashboardId, Boolean deserialize) Note: you could enable verbose logging as per ref. document from 3rd-party vendor (Ivanti) to get more details:
