When operating the CA Service Management solution, end users may be called upon to access specific parts of the application via their respective web interfaces. This document discusses all of the known URL accesses and their default userids needed for access.
IMPORTANT: The information contained in this document assumes a default installation of the respective product without regard for any custom configurations introduced to the application install. Such custom configurations may include port reassignment, implementation of SSL, network aliasing, or any load balancing which may affect the actual URL. All of the URL values are taken from review of a default installation of application, with all default values accepted.
Only the default userid values that are created through the install process are provided, with passwords intentionally omitted. Some installations may use a different userid value depending on the choices made during the install or have rendered the default login listed inactive.
