When the setting screen of Translation Manager API is displayed, the bottom of the screen is displayed in red.

What is it?
The customer wants to konw root cause.
Reproduction procedure:
01. login CMS by amdin user.
02. Go to Staging.
03. Select Translation Status.
04. Select Dashboard Translatable contents
05. Select APIs
06. Click the check mark for each language
Also, if the setting screen of the same API is displayed from Manage API, that matter does not occur.
