We had a file system full issue and since then some users are complaining about their iXp GUI login failure. They get a file mismatch error when logging in.
We tried to reset 2 users password but getting error "Read Filter Required" at save action in iXp Admin Tool.
The user configuration files in the $IXP_HOME/etc/user directory for the impacted users went size zero (0), probably an aftereffect of the file system full.
CA Workload Automation iXp 11.3.5 on supported platforms.
Restore the user configuration files ( <user>.conf ) from backup ( <user>.conf.sav ) in the $IXP_HOME/etc/user directory for the affected users and then re-lauch iXp Admin Tool to reset the user password.
